How do TAFT shoes typically fit?
Most of our shoes run true to standard US dress shoe sizing. If you typically wear a half size, we generally recommend sizing down to the nearest whole size, as our premium leathers will stretch slightly and mold to your feet over time.
Where are your products manufactured?
All TAFT footwear is designed in Utah and handcrafted by skilled artisans in family-owned factories across Spain and Portugal, using only the highest quality European leathers and textiles.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, pristine items. Please ensure you try your shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid scuffing the soles, as damaged outsoles are ineligible for return.
How should I care for my TAFT boots?
We recommend using a high-quality leather conditioner every 3-6 months and using cedar shoe trees daily to maintain shape and absorb moisture. For our woven textiles, a fabric protector spray is highly recommended before the first wear.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and local customs regulations.
Are your shoes Goodyear welted?
