At TAFT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer 30-day returns and exchanges on all unworn, pristine footwear provided they are in their original packaging.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Initiate Your Request

    Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  • 2.
    Print Your Label

    Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the request process to ensure your package is tracked correctly.

  • 3.
    Pack Your Shoes

    Carefully place the unworn shoes back in their original TAFT box and secure them inside a durable shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

  • 4.
    Drop Off and Track

    Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund or ship your new pair.
